How Scoring Works
Your OfficeCred tier is determined by your composite score and the number of verified references.

Score Calculation
Individual Category Scores
Each poll response is converted to a score (0-100). Multiple responses are averaged.
Composite Score
The 6 category scores are averaged equally to produce one composite score.
Tier Assignment
Composite score + reference count determines your OfficeCred tier (Gold, Silver, Bronze).
Your Privacy is Sacred
Truly Anonymous
We never store any link between your identity and your poll responses. Not even we can trace them back to you.
Minimum Threshold
Scores are only displayed after a minimum number of responses to prevent identification through elimination.
No Individual Responses
Only aggregated scores are shown. Individual poll responses are never revealed to anyone.
Verified Colleagues
Future: Responses from verified colleagues (same company) may carry more weight for additional credibility.
